  1. fitted the hot shower kit from twine heat exchanger mounted to Intercooler brackets water in and out connections shurflo pressure pump mounting shuflo mounting and hot water pipe running around firewall to exchanger we use a heater tap under the bonnet so you can control the water temp from the shower rather than the standard install which means you have to use the heater controls in the car itself.... exchanger exit pipes, not mcuh room on the new TDi heater tap plumbing, no cutting of factory hoses was necessary, so by undoing to hose clamps the entire shower system can be bypassed and returned to factory in the event of a problem

  3. My current patrol is a 2004 4.2 Turbo Diesel Intercooled Patrol ute. In the 1st week i fitted, twin ARB air lockers, dual batteries, Warn 9500XP winch, ARB bar, side steps, Lightforce XGT lights, UHF radio, arb head and spotlight looms ,65L water tank etc etc. over here in Oz the Ute comes with 190L fuel tanks from the factory. i still have to fit the hot shower kit GME 3400 TX remote locker switches in console air manifold under the bonnet, air in from compressor, quick connect, locker solenoid, pressure switch, locker solenoid, and air out to tank second battery dual batt solenoid the gap where the header tank bracket should fit but doesnt on new GU 4.2TDi utes arb headlight and spotlight loom relays air manifold again LIGHTFORCE XGTs Warn 9500XP 6hp ARB compressor in the cab Dash again
